Handling imports and exports shipment arrangement and documentation preparation
Coordinating shipments with customers and suppliers, shipping agents, forwarders, port agent, and truckers for efficient and smooth handling of shipments via road and sea mode
Handle customs permit declaration.
Monitor daily shipment/delivery requirements.
Facilitating Communication with production / suppliers.
To assist Operation Manager in daily operation scheduling and arrangement.
To assist in all matters related to Import / Export Department
To assist Export Manager in analyzing and planning the customer service related activities
Maintain close communication with customers /suppliers and attend to any inquiry, feedback or complaints on a timely and professional manner
To perform ad-hoc tasks that assign by the superior from time to time.
Handling and ensure accuracy & timeliness on all the shipping & operational activities.
Work location in MUAR -
Any ad-hoc tasks as required by management from time to time.
Job Requirements :
Diploma/Degree in any discipline,
Team player, independent, good problem-solving and organization skills
Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Diploma/Advanced/ or equivalent.
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Meticulous, committed and able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Good in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaking is adding advantage.
To review and process factory orders and involve in product development & design;
To verify that all assigned product designs comply with applicable standards, customer requirements & needs;
To prepare and maintain all required technical documentation works, as drawings, purchased part specification, bill of material, product literature, catalogues, installation manuals and so on;
To oversee continuous improvement of existing products and promote product quality, safety and performance;
To coordinate, and execute in continuous improvements projects, cost-down projects, and sustaining activities;
To monitor and control the new product transfer development project life cycles from concept stage to verification and validation and to manufacturing transfer and product launch;
To provide technician support & advice to Sales/Marketing, Service, Quality Control & Production Departments, Associate Companies and Customer as needed;
Assist purchasing department in sourcing components & raw materials, providing specifications and evaluating quality of vendors.
Responsible for maintaining a full set of accounts for the company, including but not limited to daily operations, accounts preparation, tax related matters and etc
Prepare monthly closing of accounts and management reports incorporating relevant financial schedules for timely submission
Managing daily general accounting activities
Performing month-end closing activities and preparing analyses or commentaries
Preparing and maintaining records of all general ledger accounts and all monthly and quarterly journal entries necessary for monthly close; monthly account reconciliation and investigates reconciling items
Manage the statutory accounting and reporting for audited financial statements
Liaise with bankers, corporate secretary, internal/external auditors, tax agents and etc
Participating and/or managing projects and company initiatives, process improvements and automation or ad hoc assignments
Any ad-hoc tasks as required by management from time to time.
Job Requirement :
Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.Professional qualification (eg, ACCA/ CPA) is an added advantage
2-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in manufacturing environment
Meticulous and attentive to details and a good team player
Preferably with knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of Auto Count and SQL is an added advantage.
Abe to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia , Mandarin and English fluently.

Assist with the assembling, manufacturing, processing and packaging of items along a production line.
Responsible for meeting quality standards and deadlines for products. Check for defects, assemble products, monitor manufacturing equipment, and closely follow safety and health procedures and company policies for equipment operation to prevent accidents in environments where materials may be hazardous.
Work under the guidance of Supervisor to perform and complete the assigned duties in timely manner.
Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety and contribute to waste management programs to Identify and report unsafe operations to Supervisor immediately.
Maintain the work area clean, safe and organized.
Flexible to transfer to any other duties considered necessary to meet the job needs requirements.
Maintain one's own work area to established housekeeping standards.
Perform to meet departmental goals and quality targets.
Any ad-hoc tasks as required by management from time to time.
